Technically speaking, Turbo Liner is a Hot Spray Polyurea coating that uses high pressure heated equipment for its application. Sprayed Turbo Liner comes through the equipment at 160-165 F with a spray pressure of 2200psi. The heating of the material speeds up the application process. As Turbo Liner is being sprayed it takes 6-8 seconds to setup and is ready to use for normal use in just 6 hours.

Cold spray polyurethanes are usually sprayed cold through a mixing tube style gun. A cold spray can take up to 6 hours to complete the application process and is not ready for use for 24 to 48 hours, some take even longer. The typical Turbo Liner bedliner application takes just 1-2 hour, which means that you won't have your truck tied up for hours. Turbo Liner uses the latest technology to give you exceptional UV protection, excellent color stability and a clean factory like finish.

Advantages of Turbo Liner vs. The Competition
  • A truck bed liner is one of the best investments you can make in your truck.

  • Turbo Liner spray-on coatings were originally developed for industrial applications that required high hardness, flexibility, tear strength, tensile strength, chemical and water resistance. Turbo-Liner is now available as a spray-on coating for bed liners that provides a solid barrier of watertight protection from the elements, rust, and chemicals.

  • Turbo Liner is applied in a uniform manner which allows you to get a nice even coating on every surface creating a factory-like, tightly textured finish with clean edges, no drips and offers more UV resistance than any other bedliner, period.

  • Turbo Liner is one of the nicest looking and toughest liners on the market today. And it isn't just for pickup beds.

  • Turbo Liner can be applied on virtually any surface whether it be a truck bed, wheel flares, rocker panels or more. With Turbo Liner from DMH Bedliners, you will have a durable coating and a factory appearance on any surface.

Drop-In Liners?

  • With plastic drop in pickup bed liners, dirt and water can get underneath the liner and result in rust and corrosion and also cause noise while driving.

  • By permanently adhering to any surface, Turbo Liner prevents rust and corrosion without air gaps, and it gives a quieter ride.

What About Cold Spray Polyurethanes?

  • When you are in the market for a bedliner, you may first think of the typical cold spray polyurethanes. Because polyurethanes have such slow dry time, the material can run down or sag, pooling up in the valleys and leave the material thin on the peeks of the bed surfaces.

  • With a Turbo Liner this is not an issue. The application process of Turbo Liner applies the Polyurea material in an even coat across all surfaces and dries in seconds leaving a strong factory-like finish. Color holdout is another issue. Most polyurethane coatings do not use much UV protection in their materials, which causes them to chalk and fade out almost immediately.
